Dear Members,
At Norths we strive to foster a community of equality and inclusion, where players of all ages and skill levels can come together to share their love of basketball. We pride ourselves on being a Development Club and believe that everyone should have the opportunity to play basketball in a safe and supportive environment.
To that end, please do not hesitate to raise the issue if you observe or become aware of any behaviour that contradicts this intent. This can be raised with the team manager or coach in the first instance, or by contacting our senior committee members including myself.
